School Improvement Support Packages provide schools with a ‘critical friend’ school improvement service. Over the last few years, I’ve worked with hundreds of school leaders exploring many aspects of school provision.

School Based Visits

These can involve the delivery of any training offered by DELIOS as well as consultancy/ training with key leaders for behaviour, attendance, SEND, Pupil Premium, subject leaders and teaching assistants. It can involve work with the senior leadership team more widely and can involve leadership coaching. It does not involve any quality assurance or monitoring activities.

Senior Leader Monthly Update

Each issue contains a curated collection of education articles and features making the news. It is published each month throughout the academic year (11 issues).

Termly Subject Leader Update

Each school subscribing to the PREMIUM package will receive a Subject Leader Update every term. This provides a range of resources, articles and research for every subject (3 issues).

DELIOS Online Training Reward Scheme

There will be over 40 ‘live’ and 70 ‘recorded’ webinars available next year. The loyalty scheme offers discounts of between 10% and 20% on live or recorded webinars depending on which package you subscribe to. Each £1 spent on webinars will receive 1 reward point. • 6 visits (one per half term)

Additional details

• Morning sessions  (9.15am –12.15 pm)
• Afternoon sessions  (12.45pm – 3:45pm)
• This package is ‘desktop’ based. It is designed to provide leaders with bespoke training and support and the opportunity to work with an external party. It will not include reviews or other quality assurance activities including lesson visits, pupil interviews or work scrutiny. Packages are for individual schools but not multiple schools. Separate packages are available for clusters/MATs. 
• Each visit is a half day. The price of overall package will be higher than stated if there are additional travel and overnight accommodation costs.
